Smart Training & Employment Platform (STEP)
This online platform is designed and developed with the involvement and inclusion of people with disabilities and their input (ideas, suggestions, and opinions). It also captures a percentage of some of the issues discovered from the analysis and findings of the previous online survey conducted with 210 pwds of Homa bay and Siaya Counties.
The goal of this STEP platform is experimentation to refine and enhance the employability skills of PWD youths using modern ICT to correspond to the practicality of their individual ability and the existing opportunities around them.

Web SMS Data collection by and from people with Disabilities in Homa Bay & Siaya Counties
This is an experimentation project sponsored by Fingo Power bank for a period of 8 months. The target number of beneficiaries is 210 people with disabilities. The goal is to run an online survey questionnaire to find out the situation of PWDs with local education and learning issues, income and livelihoods, employment situation, access to health and social services, and general awareness of legal rights and freedoms.

Agro-forestry for Rural Livelihoods
The project is ongoing as a joint initiative of ANDSEA-Kenya with 34 smallholder farmers in Suba North and Ndhiwa sub-counties. The main goal is to boost economic income through forest growth for commercial purposes and farming for food. Each small-holder farming group has a membership ranging from 12 – 15. It means, we are socially inspiring and economically empowering about 415 people. The majority are women.

Promoting Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights of Women & Girls with Disabilities in Kenyan Health services
The project is ongoing as a joint initiative of ANDSEA-Kenya with 34 smallholder farmers in Suba North and Ndhiwa sub-counties. The PSRHR is an ongoing project in Homa Bay County, Siaya, Baringo, and Nairobi. ANDSEA-Kenya is implementing and managing the project in Homa Bay working with Disabled People’s Organizations, Sub-County health facilities, community leaders, people with disability, NCPWD, and national and local CSOs. The project is sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Finland through Physicians for Social Responsibility-Finland
Goal: To address the problems of low access by women and girls with disabilities (W/GwD) to high-quality sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services, and the sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) of W/GwD.

Water for open markets in Homa Bay
The above project was funded by Organization for Poverty Alleviation & Development (OPAD-Sweden). Goal: Realize improved sanitation and hygiene in 7 open air markets within Suba North and Suba South districts in Homa Bay County, Kenya. The direct and indirect beneficiaries targeted is estimated to be 2500 every week.
