The Smart Training & Employment Platform (STEP) is designed and developed with the involvement and inclusion of people with disabilities and their input (ideas, suggestions, and opinions). It also captures a percentage of some of the issues discovered from the analysis and findings of the previous online survey conducted with 210 pwds of Homa bay and Siaya Counties.
The goal of this STEP platform is an experimentation to refine and enhance the employability skills of PWD youths using modern ICT to correspond to the practicality of their individual ability and the existing opportunities around them.
